You may be right. One Ekaterina does not really hammer thme on is the need for future capital.
Usually she either condems the pump on a need for dilution or give a possible positive outlood.
I would think that if and when the pump starts Hotstocked will be shortly bbehind with their usual negative coments and then the price will fall for a while until they are proved wrong or just bleed.
It may be interesting.
