Can't say that I do. Not really worried about it to be honest. I don't think it would have much merit either. I personally believe it would be more beneficial to prove the "bashers" wrong then file a lawsuit against them. After all if they are upset investors, then at one time they contributed their money at one time to finance the business. But check the twitter account and I believed he named people.
