Dr. Hassan Salari Ph.D. serves as a Partner in a Venture Capital and Financial Management firm of Spring Grace Management Inc. Dr. Salari serves as the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of Posh Cosmeceuticals Inc. Dr. Salari has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Globe Laboratories Inc. since June 2002. Dr. Salari has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, Secretary and Treasurer of Global Health Ventures, Inc. since September 29, 2008. He serves as Consultant of Pacific Therapeutics Ltd. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Financial Officer of Royal Lifescience Inc. He has over 25 years' experience in the biotechnology field, specializing in highly sophisticated research and drug development programs and business development. He is experienced in managing private and public biotechnology companies. He served as President and Secretary of Neurokine Pharmaceuticals Inc., since June 10, 2002 and served as its Chief Scientific Officer. Dr. Salari served as Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Eternity Healthcare, Inc. from March 16, 2010 to December 13, 2010. Dr. Salari served as the Chairman of the Board of Chemokine Therapeutics Corp., since December 15, 2007 and again from July 1998 to March 2007, Chief Executive Officer from July 1998 to March 2007 and President from July 1998 to April 2008. Dr. Salari founded and served as the Chief Scientific Officer of Chemokine Therapeutics Corp., from March 2007 to July 18, 2008. He founded Inflazyme Pharmaceuticals Ltd. He served as the President and chief Executive Officer of Inflazyme Pharmaceuticals Ltd. from 1992 to 1998 and had responsibility of managing its business affairs as well as its drug discovery and development program. He served as a Consultant to Pfizer, Merck & Co. Inc. and Zymogenetics Inc., in the field of novel anti-inflammatory and autoimmune drugs. From 1986 to 1987, he served as a Research Associate in the Department of Medicine at UBC and served as the Lead Project Investigator in cytokine research and drug development. From 1981 to 1982, Dr. Salari worked at the Department of Immunology, McGill University in Montreal as a Research Associate.

He negotiated and closed several licensing deals with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. Dr. Salari raised over $100 million for various biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies in 1992. Dr. Salari served as Secretary of Neurokine Pharmaceuticals Inc. until April 4, 2011. He offers a wealth of experience and knowledge in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, maintains a network of international investors, and he has negotiated several licensing deals with other large pharmaceutical companies around the globe.

Dr. Salari was a Professor of Medicine at the University of British Columbia. From 1987 to 1990, he was Assistant Professor at UBC. He also taught several courses for both undergraduate and post-graduate students in the Medicine, Pharmacology and Biochemistry departments. His courses were primarily directed towards signal transduction pathways in immunology and cancer. Dr. Salari was also responsible for educating students about cytokines and chemokines and their involvement in human diseases. Throughout his academic career, Dr. Salari has published over 200 scientific articles and book chapters on various immunology topics and autoimmune diseases. He is an entrepreneur and Scientist. He is the inventor of approximately 60 patents in various fields of medicine.

Dr.Salari earned Ph.D. degree from the University of Southampton, UK, Department of Microbiology in 1980. His Ph.D. dissertation investigated the protein chemistry of infectious bacteria. He graduated in 1985, Post. Doc. Physiology, Laval University, Quebec, in 1982 Post Doctrate in Immunology, McGill University, Montreal, in 1980, Ph.D. Microbiology/Biochemistry, Southampton University England and in 1975, B.S. in Biochemistry from Tehran University, Iran.
