The CEO is heading in the right direction, for himself. There are only a few who still believe, but they just haven't done enough DD yet. Over 600 mil will be dumped in the next couple of weeks. The cheap shares have been purchased. They just need 1-2 weeks to get them ready for another dump. You'll know they're ready for dumping since a PR will be released to help the pump.
