Well I should have said:

ERHE/Pioneer/Devon consortium will win Block 2.

Anadarko will win operatorship of Block 3.

ERHE/Noble will win operatorship of Block 4.

(And it goes without saying we also have percentage rights in Block 3, we just wont win operatorship IMO.)

(And Anadarko will have percentages in Block 4 etc etc.)
