So in your opinion, is the share exchange the best approach? Would you know whether or not Rule144 could place any trading restrictions on the exchanged shares of QASP shareholders?
Are there other alternatives available including alternatives that would leave QASP shareholders with their QASP shares, yet able to receive shares based on some formula related to QASP share ownership in the new company?
I would presume that the preferred share issue will be resolved with the present court case and based on Lisa Betros comments that no preferreds were issued, hopefully that point will become mute.
