Regarding the recent PR on the POLO claims JV, I've broken down the terms of the deal in a spreadsheet so we can come up with an idea of what kind of potential value this has towards MDMN if ICCC opts in all the way through to production.

Assumptions:

1) I used Friday's closing spot price on copper which was $4.25/lb.

2) I used 20% profit margin which is typical for copper mining, although some outfits have larger profit margins.

3) According to the PR, there is a term for "01 cents per pound of copper" condition at the 36 month opt-in milestone. Taken literally, that can be interpreted as .0001 dollar. However, I am pretty confident that is merely a misusage of the term, which is predominantly more common than not. I am working on getting that clarified.

4) Keep in mind that each stage is conditional, so MDMN is not guaranteed anything unless each milestone is accepted for continuance by ICCC.

Please feel free to correct or question the calculations if you see something amiss and I will revise accordingly. Any feedback that is not productive towards putting an "accurate" range on the value of this deal will be ignored.
