Now, those are just words on a page.

What does Media g3/Wytec's technology as used for a Mesh application have to do with LMDS spectrum? And, isn't the Boise Project "contracted with Cogent, 360, Zayo and Syringa networks to operate a combined 10GB/s network." It is clear IMHO that regardless of the spectrum used FCC certification is a non-issue.

It is also ridiculous to even think that Media g3/MeshGlobal would repeatedly announce their wireless project in Boise on publically distributed news wires and at the same time pirate spectrum. I would be willing to bet that not even one of Media g3/MeshGlobal's 49 partners/vendors/suppliers would have provided their services if any regulatory approval was outstanding.

MeshGlobal/Media g3 are developing hybrid networks to utilize the most current technologies bridging many combinations of "last mile" delivery for multi-channel, multi-mode, point-to-point, point-to-multi-point, backhaul, VoIP, IPTV and mesh networks.

And, don't forget that "WiFiBridges, [is] the "Secret Sauce" the wireless industry needs to provide the additional bandwidth demand," which operates in the white spaces and is being used for the Boise project.

“These MeshGlobal projects will also be the first to use MediaG3's WiFiBridges technologies."

Wifibridges networks operate in white spaces.

But, I do note that:

"Mesh Global will also be testing MediaG3 new hybrid LMDS patented technologies for back-haul application with an exclusive license agreement."
