Lets see CCEL reopened its case against CBAI . I don't see where they're appealing the decision just reopening the case ,interesting . Well not to worry , CBAI has 7.5 mil in their back pocket , maybe they can use some of it for lawyer fees , no wait ,they have inhouse lawyers, good move . I think they said with the dismissal of the last case they were going to move forward . Now they can get that CMEX deal closed . No they gotta wait till after the 1-100 that used to be 1-500 RS goes through , wouldn't want to drop the pps any more ? I don't remember was that 1-100 from 1-500 changed because of lost sleep or a 400% miscalculation ? I mean they're a multi million dollar company , surely they have calculators ? I know I know it doesn't matter but what is the pps for CCEL 2.65 and CBAI .0021 . Oh but CCEL has a contractual lawsuit going on since Feb. , wonder why that hasn't affected the pps nor did the loss to CBAI ? Well at least CBAI's CEO can get a good nights sleep now . Just my humble uneducated opinion .
