It's the fact that investors are doing something about a potential issue. I wouldn't belittle the power of FINRA and/or the SEC systems.

There are processes.

The fact that some investors reached out to the SEC and not just FINRA is surprising and gives me an even deeper feeling that more investors are more concerned then I originally anticipated.
