Yes, jim did sell his position(stock) for 400 million, but left all the other share holders holding the bag. I guess a smart move on his part but wasnt the best intrest for shareholders.That company he had never did make any money, the fact is it was a loser.The company had a big market cap because of the amout of stock it had times the PPS. I am still holding a few free shares now, we will see what happens on monday, if he plans on merging some other company into usfm it will go up and if not-- dont be the last one out.
