The words in that reply indicate Mesh Global intends to be an independent entity to Media G3. Subscription and prospectus means they intend to sell equity or bonds, and as such may not be a subsidiary of Media G3 IMHO. I hope the terms of the licensing agreement are good for MediaG3.
