Amazing all the talk of a 10K being late. The company clearly has a long history of filing their reports. Who thinks it won't get done? Nobody really so whats the point beating it to death. They are in process of changing their CFO so being late makes sense. I would think they will put someone in the position that can make sure these reports get don't in a more timely fashion since they will be looking at the potential of trading on a major exchange soon.

Big money showed its face again Friday. On a day that most traders would exit after such a huge weekly increase the buyers were there to soak up the shares being sold late into power hour. A typical time for traders to exit and take profit

Next week may be a big week here . This stock held big gains. that's a huge sign of whats coming. News could blow the doors off this thing. Why be out?
