Dairy Farm operation is what was sold. It provided about 3/4 of revenues last year and about 50 % of profits. About 40 % of employees were involved in this operation. Since it provided about 15 million dollars in profits and was sold for twice that amount it was sold for a p/e ob about 2 as far as I am able to deduce. Payment terms seem very unclear. It is beyond my comprehension how this deal can be construed as brilliant. It looks a very lousy deal to me.
