Why would I sell my shares based on a 2010 fin when Q1 will not include much of the promo and ad expenses from Q3-Q4 '10. This company is not complicated and lowering expenses will be quite easy.

I get the pink part but come on, I have seen worse on .01+ stocks that miss filings altogether. If the board succeeds in driving this into the dirt, I will buy millions of shares next week and beyond.
