He's had many chances at the plate to enhance shareholder value, and swung and missed every time towards that goal. I agree with you, he has probably given up and will spend no more effort trying to enhance shareholder value. His failures in that regard have not kept himself from getting paid, so why bother, right?
No 10K will be a sure sign he has given up, correct?
If a 10K does come, at least the loyal shareholders will know he is still trying.
Would no 10K mean anything else to anyone else?
