Yes Ricky85, it is good news. The company stated previously that they expected to receive an offer for POLO.

Guess what?! There it is. They've also stated that the JV will close shortly. Guess what?! It will.

Although a very few might not like the news, I think it's fantastic. Seems the market likes it also at we are at .11 now, up 10%.

Go figure, most of post real DD. Seems like we are correct again.

Now bring on the JV and let the real fun begin!
