I found that Ameritrade reps often make up answers. I am learning to trade better, but not taking profit often enough because I have to cover commissions, or I will take a position that is too large to "cover commissions".

I am hoping that the $6 max round trip on freetrade will improve my mindset and my profitibility.

In edit - It just occurred to me that I prefer a correct e-mail response to a made up telephone response.
