Dave, you are a smart guy and I respect your opinions. But, when you say "it is not like it was in the past, the rules have changed." You are correct, but just because the rules have changed does not mean they have been enforced...

(BTW I am not a SPNG NSS conspiracy theorist by any means, I told you I tried to short the dang thing myself)

Here is a great example of what I am talking about: We have the REG SHO rule where stocks are only supposed to be on that list for a maximum of 13 days for FTDs before they must be satisfied. Well, we have little SPNG here that was on that list for months and months and months... interesting to say the least.

Again I am not saying there was NSS of SPNG stock or there wasn't, but I am smart enough to keep open that possibility while so many people here are so quick to say "absolutely not, couldn't have happened". And frankly, when you have so many doubting so strongly, it makes me even more suspicious... "me thinks some doubtest too strongly.."
