If you describe it like that maybe…maybe. But if you describe it like this:

Actually I was watching their every move. As part of my continuing DD and to determine if Spencer's PRs are truthful, I staked out his home from 7 AM to 1 PM yesterday. I was in a grey Honda about 100 yards southeast on Highway 212. I parked in a turning lane for the next street. Other than Spencer coming out to get the paper in the driveway at about 8:30 AM, no vehicles entered the driveway and none left.

It was light at 7 AM and easy to see a van or the blue car leave the driveway. Seeing Spencer at 8:30 with my binoculars was easy as well. In addition, I drove past the house periodically and then returned to my spot. The van and blue car were always there.

Any person to go on or about the premises of another or any private place, except as otherwise provided by law, for the purpose of invading the privacy of others by eavesdropping upon their conversations or secretly observing their activities;

It maybe a serious issue.

How does this not apply again?
