Then why has it dropped from $56 to $25.05? In the last year it's went from about 30 to 25.05.

So you saying it's ok for a company to put out misleading PR's as long as they have a certain appearnce? Or are you saying a company that is above a certain size or on a certain exchange doens't put out false or mis-leading pr's?

Don't forget MS was taken to court due to false PR's that were designed to slow the sale of a competing OS (dr-dos).

The fact that some of the PR's have run late or do not happen
are the nature of the beast with forward looking statements.

The market has fluxes and we will see them even with QBID. I do not expect to see any real movement in QBID unless they have carriers and would not expect a lot even then. I just do not see the market supporting it right now. With other stocks down I would rather invest in a solid company at a discounted rate versus a speculative one.
