Madison Ave. Media, Inc. Announces Major Management Changes andProduct Additions

BOCA RATON, FL, Apr 14, 2011 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Madison Ave. Media, Inc. (KHZM, Trade ) set new standards in the Digital Media Industry today through the appointment of two highly respected leaders to reshape, enhance and guide the company's digital products, services and operations. Kevin Taylor will direct Campaign Strategy as the new Executive Vice President while Melissa Reif will oversee Operations as the Vice President for the Digital Division.

Mr. Taylor has guided emerging technology companies in permission based marketing, identity theft protection, healthcare, CRM and the insurance carrier sector. He served as Director of Operations for Naviant Inc., a permission-based web-marketing leader, prior to its acquisition by Equifax.

As Director of Business Development for identity theft protection leader Verid, Inc., Mr. Taylor provided CRM, technology integration and procurement services for a host of Fortune 500 companies before being tapped as VP of Operations for Health Benefits Direct Corporation. Mr. Taylor directs the emerging technology sector for Madison Ave. Media.

Ms. Reif specializes in data management, operations and technology, transforming multiple start-up ventures into scalable organizations. At eDirect, with her team of programmers, she designed and implemented automated data system engineering, managed data procurement, reporting, management and the coordination of in-house and customer databases including query processing and customer order fulfillment.

Following eDirect, Ms. Reif cofounded I-net Values where she managed the company's online marketing initiatives and email delivery platform. Her work in email and phone appending, ECOA and NCOA services created an opt-in customer network of over 55 million subscribers, generating over $1M in online sales. Prior to her role with Madison Ave. Media, Ms. Reif oversaw online initiatives, technology and implementation for Health Benefits Direct Corporation. She defines the operational structure and oversees its implementation for Madison Ave. Media's Digital Division.
