Biotech - looking at the 4yr weekly chart:

Bollinger band tightening significantly. Momentum showing very neutral. MACD neutral with a positive bias (to borrow a FED term :).

I would guess this means an opportunity for a strong break to the upside with general market strength. But my lack of experience makes this a just a guess.
