Since Brad has agreed to meet with regional shareholders on the 19th, and since he can't share anything new with anyone without telling us all, an announcement has to come prior to the meeting, otherwise he would be giving the Oregon group insider information.

Look for an announcement prior to the 19th, otherwise the meeting in Salem will either end up being illegal or so generic that it will be like kissing your sister, which would create a sell off by those in attendance, possibly making the generic report illegal too.

It seems to me the meeting on Dec 19th makes "the announcement" prior to that date mandatory. I don't think we'll have to wait until Dec. 31.
