I think Mr. Knapp bit off more than he can chew here and is simply willing to do the paperwork for $135,000. I don't see this one going anywhere anytime soon.


Yep, thats my feeling. And the new ownwers killing the stock with a reverse split leaving it ready for dilution for the business they are bringing in.
