Thunderbolt, that is simply just utter nonsense as the Outstanding share count is over 10 billion shares... You can not accurately say what the market cap is when you have SS that is a moving target from dilution and Reverse Splits.

I have found with pinks that you should just use the AS to be on the safe side! After all there is a reason that the Authorized share count is at TWENTY BILLION SHARES
