I didn't intend to imply that I received any kind of information that would suggest that Daic and Calypso are settling. Meerly, Markle's law office felt that they didn't need to waste the court's time at this point to mediate a discussion regarding Markle's recent filing.

I have no further information other than the fact that today's hearing is canceled and who canceled it.
