Great example, I am long LOCM, local.com and I like to compare it to TZOO. By no means should they be priced the same, but either LOCM (3.79) is way undervalued or TZOO (77.77) is way overpriced. Local.com is #432 most visited site in America. Travelzoo is #748. I will say TZOO has about 3 times the cash on hand.
