Surety's Chairman of the Board and CEO Ralph Mendoza stated "Surety's net income for the quarter was $13,018.31. This is the first time in many years that Surety has had a net income from its ordinary business operations. Our acquisition of Herrera Financial Company has proven to be very successful."
