SLMU is R/M with Sunlogics Power Fund Management Inc.:
Sunlogics Power Fund Management Inc., is a solar energy project funder specializing in ECO friendly green power projects. It has the exclusive first right of refusal as the project funding partner of Sunlogics Inc., a vertically integrated solar energy company. Sunlogics Power Fund Management Inc. is focused on the acquisition of solar powered electricity generating facilities which have long term power purchasing agreements in place with local power utilities. Keep in mind that these facilities are not limited to Sunlogics Inc.


Sunlogics have partnership with GM, where they are building:
1) Electric Vehicle Solar Charging Stations called "Green Zone" for GM qualify facilities and dealerships. Sunlogics's first General Motors (GM) installation is located at the Chevrolet Volt assembly plant in Hamtramck, Michigan and is a 20kW system containing 10 charging stations.

Others Sunlogics' alliances:
1) Energizer and Sunlogics have a multiyear agreement whereby Sunlogics will build Energizer Solar EV charging stations. Further, under the terms of the agreement Sunlogics will develop other Solar equipment to be sold under the Energizer Brand.

2) Sunlogics and International Power, one of the world’s largest utilities with 20 Giga Watts of capacity, have entered into an agreement whereby Sunlogics will act as a developer of solar projects for the utility company.
