Email from Sass at 3:35 pm: (I emailed him at 3:26 pm to ask if the earlier stated email on this board allegedly from him was real. Here is his response. I also tried to weasel some information about the 10k but he wouldn't bite.)

So the email and post was real.

I find it interesting that Sass said "I do not intend on filing for an extension" - he used the word "I" as if it is he who would file the extension and not someone above him - maybe he has more control than we thought.
