They have rules. Stock must be at least 5.00 per share is one. They have a bunch of other criteria. I had heard from a friend about them, I called a few months ago and they would not let me short SEVU. There is a float rule, A market cap rule & I believe an average daily volume rule. To many rules, SEVU did not fit any of them at the time, This was like late December early January.
