I'm sorry I did not clarify. There is an additional fee for dealing with sub penny stocks. That additional fee is what shocked me.
I tried to buy 2mil of a sub penny stock and the additional fee was close to $300.00 When I called and asked what the reason was behind this the individual I got on the phone was clueless. I didn't press it furhter and just stuck with Scottrade for sub penny stocks.

As far as AVOP goes I am averaged down at .0041 and not happy at the moment. Over a mil and looking like its going to get RS on me. I doubt there will be a buy back as thats not typical of a penny stock. Sad but thats where I and many others sit.

Oh and I have my car and my fiance's car on my insurance. $180 a month with full coverage on both.
