I've done my share of due diligence as well and haven't been able to get anything out of either side, the court, the lawyers, nothing on the Internet. Everyone is mum.

I personally think that this is an indicating that there is a settlement already drafted and folks are just waiting for the resolution of the state case, but who knows.
