OK, I'm off of Dell's case for a while at least. I had a problem with one of our LCD monitors and I called support, talked to a person who spoke English as a first language and who took care of my problem in about 3 minutes by sending out a new monitor.

Hard to find anything to nit pick there.

BTW he was in Tennessee.
