the company had around 15.5 billion O/S last october. they claimed to of retired 1 billion shares recently. but it cannot be proven to be fact, there are no filings to support the CEO's claim, several past PRs they have released never happen, so theres no reason to believe this one either. but thats up to you if you trust thier word or not. but after all the lies, i dont trust them. but i think after this stock gets into to the teens it will bounce soon for an easy 50% gain or so atleast, then sell and take your profits before daytraders dump this stock.
