imo: These are all EUREKA moments. Lets not forget tite lips of JB as usual, so connect the dots. I say they have the buyer/JV and or. A sale could put LBSR in the CATBIRD seat in AK. So the SRK lends that its either a JV or clearly a SALE,(HINT)you dont need an NR-43-101 if you intend to hold your own claims,you do if you intend to sell or JV. IMO: JB would of just ZTEMed the AZ as it would of given JB a much better picture of HEY whats in our claims,but that is where the system steps back into the DARK ages on us. An SRK is the catalist of any event a positive. But FWIW,JB could of ZTEMed and started mining(SAVY)instead he is giving an instrument that will open up every lane of opportunity,buy sell hold mine produce etc. But my picture lends to 1st BUYOUT and consolidation in AK,2nd JV with,who exactly yet we do not know,but likely a CANADIAN EXP&DEVELOPMENT Jr. Either way it will put cash in the LBSR account, a positive.
