A generalization about the entire class of small companies, to me, doesn't seem like a reason to buy stock here (I wouldn't classify BEHL as a small company to begin with, but to each his own).

However I know nothing particular about BEHL could actually entice one to buy in its current form, so a general reason is better than no reason I guess.
