hi im banned from the qsgiq board but i know pretty much what is going on. imo qsgiq itself has little worth to me but krusecom has amazing growth and a niche market. as you saw from the chart the accumulation line is amazing the macd has begun to turn and the next buying session is about to begin. there will be no dilution and all new share entering will be trickled in so the pps will not suffer. the expected date for this is to be out of BK by may 20ish. possibly and probably sooner considering how quick they have been thus far. I have a hunch that qsgiq will be nothing more than a vehicle for new mergers. heres a quote from the pr "issuance of 425,000 common shares for the extinguishment of $4,216,000 in redeemable convertible preferred stock" that would put the price at 9.92 a share. good things going on and a perfect time and price to match.
