Morning I hope there will

be a little more sanity here today. It would seem the real truth and fact is a lost art, logic too is in peril of being extinct.
I would like to say there is too much being discussed that shouldn't be, and far too many definitive answers, including explanations being given on subjects and the situation without complete information. statements like "QASP is toast" and there is "nothing left"
and so on are speculation. Fact is a large percentage of the "Doom and gloom" view is just what is being rammed at everyone, and it's for a reason. If it weren't why the persistence, why the frequenting of a board by an artist, why all the knowing "well that is what it is" posts. I say based on what? what has been read, possibly, what you really know? Triste que no es possible. There are ways for transference, there are ways for settlement.
James doesn't just open his mouth and let his tongue rattle around promising things, he is not a fool, he has advice AND he knows the facts.
Jeff too knows what he is about, he is smart, has highly qualified advice and is working his butt off. Do you hear him shouting the odds, preaching doom and gloom? Of course not.
The situation is serious, but it is not, and I have said this before, a crap shoot.
We the shareholders have very good representation. Sure the legal system can be slow, but at the same time, it it not always as clinical as some would have you believe.
