the 10k does not account for the recalled goods so that could literally bring ammended finacials since the sales were harvested in 2010, but the goods will be returned 2011.

If 4000 units are returned as testified by doc, there would be close to an $80,000 adjustment to sales. could bring full year 2010 sales to $700k or less........
