yea that seems like a fair assessment; but i think that with or with out news, it will still make that 2nd leg up. the .005 - .006 target for the 2nd leg up is accurate because its the length of the breakout candlestick added to the eventual break of the bullflag. So yes, that would be the target area of the next consolidation phase, unless, of course some huge news were to pop up. Then all bets are off
