It should not take more than a couple buys on the ask to get EXCS nice and green and running. Last week we hit .012, yesterday .0125, time to keep buying on the ask only and take out the last of the flippers. We have a group of them who have slowed us down as you know. Once we take them out and they have to chase to get back in they will stop it already.
