Folks, having the registration statement of shares for this or any financing allows the Investor, in this case Socius, to immediately sell the shares they receive if they choose . This is a big deal to the Investor, otherwise they would have unregistered shares and would then be subject to Rule 144 which mandates they hold for 6 months prior to resale, among other things.
