I think the question mustangpower was asking was not whether the MMP patents would still be enforceable, but whether PTSC, either by itself or in partnership with Moore, would have to start the whole infringement notification process again. I said not, as Alliacense represented PTSC as well as TPL, so whatever happened to TPL wouldn't change PTSC's position, and I think that covered it. I'd be pleased for mustangpower to correct me if I misinterpreted his question.
