My apologies. Back in September of 2010, T-mobile and Calypso announced that they were suspending the federal patent infringement trial to discuss settlement talks. The Judge gave them 90 days which was up at the end of December. There has not been a single peep about it since then - from the court or either parties in the form of any filing or movement.

Many here have speculated that both parties have agreed to stay the case while the state case with Drago is resolved and that the Judge granted a verbal blessing on this route.

Regardless, whenever the state case is resolved with Drago, I suspect that Calypso will be re-valued and that T-mobile and Calypso would move towards a settlement / licensing agreement. This would also be in the best interest of AT&T who may be acquiring T-mobile pending a year long approval process by the feds.
