Waiting isn't hard if the pps holds. It's waiting as the price keeps falling that is hard, and watching it become less and less volatile. I still believe all the things I have believed in the past, this stock is going to flourish when/if they can ever get the merger done. I really think that 40-60 cent a share is possible if they have funding, and projects lined up in the near future. If the 10k comes out, it's a done deal. They aren't going to file it if they aren't doing the merger.
