Oh my God! He's even got the mayor hooked into this flim flam!
"There probably would be some concern about traffic," said Mayor Tom McMahon. "But I love it when people reuse old buildings. That's always good news.
"It's really great to hear. More and more people are starting to reuse old buildings. And it's encouraging that he wants to create 50 to 100 jobs.
"Jobs are important to stability of the neighborhood. Good jobs provide an opportunity to buy homes."
The mayor's chief of staff agreed.
"We're definitely excited that anyone is considering building or expanding their business in city," said Frank B. Denbowski, chief of staff to McMahon. "We are looking forward to working with him. We have a one-stop shop, every Thursday."
