RE, the 10M shares, (it just came 2 me)

the scenario i envision is this, the amigo's could not give
unrestricted shares to the their cronies (though not
impossible) since they actually did nothing for them, they
must have done some differed compensation deal for services
yet to be rendered--this service could have been the so called
credit facility that was never used...it may have been a shell
and never actually existed. at any rate because the shares
were restricted the cronies could not sell before george, leon
and other figured out about the deal (actually the time line
is such that its likely not to have been the credit facility)
whatever that deal might have been. As long as they filed
suit before the shares became unrestricted (which one can
imagine that they must have been or else the bums would have
sold them since they are so short term minded--though its
possible that there was an element of supprise on the part
of leon and george...)then of course they would be able to
prevent the sale via an injunction untill the court had sorted
it out. If the deal looked unseamly w/ no services rendered
and one of the amigo's signatures on the authroization, esp
mendoza's then given mendoza's extridition he could not
testify on behalf of his cronies as so ordered by the court
then it would be a simple matter for the judge to rule against
the cronies and reverse the transfer, because the shares were
restricted, and likely never given to a transfer agent at a
title company the whole process could be handled in house by
clyw...well that may be wrong, at any rate w/ the judges ok
the banks/ transfer-title agents would simple destroy the
proof of ownership or re issue title to clyw... im no expert
but this is what im thinking...so i can beleive asnap in this
regard and that it could be fastracked because clyw is a
business that needs prompt action from a pro business court in
order to survive...the time on the restriction is another
reason, and of course there is the unsavory nature of the
mendoza and the actual deal....

go clyw!
