I understand what you are saying, but if and thats a big if, a huge portion of the money disappeared, I doubt if it will ever trade. That is a big problem and both the SEC and every other agency will jump on this company. The CEO has a much larger additional problem if any Chinese national bought stock in that company as well.
They actually shoot people for that. Could be why he may not be co operating. That portion is just my opinion.
